Tenchu WoH freezes at Cemetary boss fight

The game has worked fine up until this point. Right before the boss fight in the Cemetary when it starts to load the game just freezes. I get the loading kanji and the music still plays, but it can't load. Anybody else have this problem?

how far is that? I'm not quite that far, but i might be close enough to keep you posted if it hapens to me
