    weeman666,

No, unfortunatlely your drive needs that much for your partition table. less with smaller drives and more for larger drives. my 200gb is 189gb.

did you delete these? with the older version of hdl_dump you may, and they can free up about 2gb

    _net 128MB
    _system 256MB
    _sysconf 512MB
    _common 1024MB
    _boot 512MB

    partition table isnt THAT big

its due to the fact that manufacturers use 1000 instead of 1024

    1000^3*200 = 186.26GB
    1024^3*200 = 200GB

u guys need to learn a bit about bytes and kilobytes etc before assuming you lost 7 gigs.

there is alot of wastage even after the 1000/1024 byte rule.. there are a lot of partitions there that you don't see which take up space..

i am curious too to know why some are saying we can delete most partitions created by hdloader.. what do they do anyway and why do we need them if we can delete them?

someone even mentionned when using winhiip to format you drive that we can delete all but _mbr and HDLoader Settings. So what are these :

    - net 128MB
    _system 256MB
    _sysconf 512MB
    _common 1024MB
    _boot 512MB

and do I really need them if #1 I intend to never use hdloader to install a game directly and #2 my HDloader loads from my memory or store partition using the exploit.
