dude, it looks like you somehow got a Japanese/US utility disc to install on your PAL console? because as far as i know its only the utility discs which enable the mouse option in the system config screen. and the mac address would only display on a fat console like you have installed the disc too, and those would normally be impossible to show on a PAL console like your SCPH-50003 (from the UK or from Ireland?) console since the disc was never released there..
am i correct? :D

It's the US hosdsys.elf decrypted and modified so it would accept be launched from a normal elf file. Nothing fancy ... And It was not me who did it, but a friend.
