Soul Calibur Finally!!!

just to let you guys know if you didn't know already,
you can get soul calibur 2 to work with hdloader if you slap the
correct cdloader on the disc with it and install it
using the swap/slide tool method. this is on game
that really speeds up when it is installed!

note: hddump tool works just fine for soul calibur also

So is it possible that certain games that previously installed OK but didn't play correctly might now work if installed using the HDD Utility?

yes, or even vice versa: i installed suikodenIII via hdl_hump where i would just get the black screen, then i reinstalled using hdloader via ps2 where it worked fine afterwards. so if in doubt, use both methods of installing games.

Hello, could anyone explain to me how to get Soul Calibur 2(and Xenosaga) to work? I have a PS2 modded with a Nova 2, but I have a Sony so it disables my modchip. I can get the exploit onto my modchip, but I can't use the hdl_loader to transfer to HDD because of the sony hdd and the fact that I use a laptop.

You say I need to slap the correct cdloader on it? Could I get a PM please, I'm pretty stupid.
