Some questions concerning HDLoader & HDAdvance

Hi, I'm interested in getting a HD with either HDLoader or HDAdvance, and I have a few questions.

1. Which of the two is the better program? Is there one that is flat out better? Why?
2. Will a 40 or 60gb drive be useful (all I can afford)
3. Are there any canadian retailers from where I can get the Hd programs?
4. Is it easy to connect my PS2 to the network and transfer files like that
5. Side note: Since I'm wireless, can I use the above mentioned network to go online?
6. If I had a copied version of HDAdvance, would I be able to use that or would I need the original?
7. To I use HDAdvance in my comp when I format, and that's the last time I'll need it?
