    can any one help me just wana know if theres any formats or programs out there that will work with socom 2 i have a seagate and western digital hdd i have the original hdd utility disc from my second play station its has a hdd. any info will be appreciated

    I think SOCOM II works fine from the HDD. Western Digital HDD are usually not compatible with the PS2 and the Seagates also have a few models that don't work as well. Try going to http://ps2drives.x-pec.com and check out if the HDD you have are there.

    how did you modify the na? what was the bit to remove the power and ide screws?

    The bit is a T6 torx. You only have to remove the screws for the power plug. You also have to trim the metal backing a little too, I just clipped the part towards the outside edge of it. You lose a screw hole but it still goes together fine.

    hmm, i tried a T6 bit but it didn't work.. it like didn't fit the screw

    It's a size 6 torx screw so I T6 driver should work fine. Works for me. Perhaps you have the wrong size? If it is, you can snag one at Sears for $2.
