Hi,
I have problems with my PS2. We begin with the facts.
Black PS2 SCHP, the latest version before the first PSTwo came.
DMS 4 Pro with ToxicOS 0,41 with Meagpack for 0.41.
Network adaptor.
120 GB Maxtor haddrive,
32 MB memorycard.
I run Linux.
I'm trying to transfer games, but when I tried to use a Windowsapplication with wine it said the PS2 wasn't connected to the network. I can't see it in the leaselist, but I didn the guide with the networkcd and that finish without any problems after I turned of the modchip. With the modchip on it stuck i DBAS or something. It was the last step.
I want to:
Set an IP to the PS2 in my firewall. Either to get the MAC-adress or put a statio IP and something else than 192.168.0.110. or if it was 1.110.
Transfer games via the network with a Linuxapplication or with emulated with wine, but I prefer Linux. From the console/shell would be the best.
I'm fed up burning the application and then copy to the PS2.
And is there a way to restart the PS2 without move my ass? ;-) It's possible on XBOX. Something simular on PS2 would be great.
I tried with DMS HDD, but it didn't work. It said it was the wrong filesystem or something. The harddrive is formated in ToxicOS.
Thanks in advance.
