ok i now have come in possesion of a better HD so i wanna put the one currently in my ps2 back into the comp and sue my better HD for the PS2.
how would i go about chaning it back to NTSF or whatever.

Dude... windows won't do it... FDISK can't even see the partitions.... Look up AEFDISK.... actually here...

awesome command line utility.. only 26KB and can destroy any partition type... first can across it when trying to find a way to remove the GoBack partition... formatted the drive without removing GoBack... Fdisk couldn't find the disk and GoBack woul loop over and over when trying to boot from drive... aeFdisk took it out in 10 seconds and rebuilt the MBR.
can see and make over 100 different partitions types...
can format, back up and restore a MBR, set multiple active partitions and logical drives, and many more items....
goto disk management and initialize the drive. then u can format it to whatever.
