Quick question

Hey guys first off thanks for everything ive picked up from this site it rocks! But i ahve a problem. I have a V10 no modchip with hd loader and ive spent hours trying to figure out how i can unpack my elf so i can put a skin on my hd loader menu. can someone please explain how to do this to me? Thanks :

get the app BMP BATCHV3.13 it does everything for you, all you have to do is put the two files (splash & menu) in the corresponding folder..

no killah you got it wrong. you need to unpack the thing first. you need ssjcrunch (did i spell that right?) . that will uncompress hdloader.elf then you use BMP Patch to put w/e image you want and BMP Patch automatically packs it again.
