Question about PS2 $ony Harddrive

hi i have the sony hdd 40gb and was wondering, i want to buy a bigger harddrive like 80 or 120, but i dont want the 40gb to go to waste,

is it possible to use it in the xbox? or pc?

yes the sony hdd can go into the PC or xbox, as long as it is formatted
