Putting games on hdd.

i know there is lots of ways to put games on the hdd, what i want to know is if there is anyway to use any of the programs without a network setup, perhaps with just a crossover cable, if so someone please tell me how.

Yes there is. You can use crossover on all the networking programs. use search please.
