I dont want to chip my ps2 i am ready to order from europe

He is obviously talking about the ps1, so your comments are very unproductive.
To get pal games. Try ebay, or maybe your local second hand store, although I don't fancy your chances. If you live in a NTSC country it may perhaps be better to get a NTSC PS2.

but does your TV support (PAL)50 ?
otherwise the picture won't display properly...("rolling display" effect...)
