Probably Torx 6 screws. Most reasonable places should sell screwdrivers for them, separate or in those cheap mobile phone repair kits. Come in useful because a lot of electronic gear now uses them.
what i did with my adapter, i pinched the metal sides so i could spread the ide and power supply on the adapter.

Yes it is a torx 4,5, or 6 bit. I bought a little torx tool at Loews for a few bucks. Its like a screwdriver and has a red handle and has bits of small sizes ideal for electronics.Originally Posted by SlapperJoe
just remove the metal sides is ok,no problem with WD HDD
Are you sure diymax. I dont want to damage my network adapter. Is there a network adapter mod tutorial out there. Can someone plz post some pic's of a modded network adapter.
the problem is that it has been changed from what most people have, which was phillips heads for while. Sony just screwed us over... I am waiting till I get back to school and my friend has the right screwdriver... or roadtrip to the local hardware store.
if you want i cna take a few pics of what i did to mine, works rather nicely.
