ps2 hdd partitions, cant ftp to them

ok. i got ps2ftpd working and i can ftp to my mc, but i cant access the hdd partitions, i mean i can see them, but not open them.
i know i have to mount the partition first with SITE MNT /pfs/0/ hdd: (FULL PARTITION NAME)" but i'm using flashfxp and it keeps saying mount failed.
any idea what other good ftp client i can use to get it working?

Just a note, if you're trying to mount a game partition, ir won't work.

i know that. this is a partition made with dms tools, so i can put some elfs and emus on it. so its empty at the moment

CTRL+R in flashfxp

SITE MNT /pfs/0/ hdd:+PGEN

that is the command i use to mount the PGEN partition i made with dms hdd tool. sometimes you have to refresh for it show up correctly.

got it. i think i know where i went wrong, i forgot to add the + beside the name. i ll give it a shot when i get home. thanks
