ps2 handiness transfer speed

sometimes handiness goes super fast in trasnfering isos to my hd, 30mbps, but most times it goes 3mbps....why is this?

anyone else having this problem?

are u running through a ftp or are u talkin about when u put it into your computer and dump it that way... it might be dead data on the disc, like a dummy file...and it will copy over. when it hits the real deal it slows :-).

im talkin bout when my hd is hooked up to my comp, and im copying from iso files on my comps hd to my ps2 hd
