    sorry i couldnt find any topic talk about this, so i open one.... I got ExecFTP worked in my PS2 (inclue HDD in it), but i dont know while i uploading some ELF file to HDD, it stoped in the middle of uploading... can some one please tell me how to fix this problem

    yea kave that happens sometimes. files over 1 mb sometimes gets stuck...its an execftps thingy. just disconnect,restart ps2 and try again.

    I dont know what is the Passive Mode is.... but if im in it right now, how do i get out i want to upload some files over 1MB, right just like bladezero said, it alwasy stuck in the middile of uploading files over 1MB hic hic

    If you can transfer any files at all, even partially, or even browse directories properly through the FTP client, then you are not in 'passive' mode, as both those operations would be fatally affected. This is because ExecFTPs doesn't support passive mode, at all. In passive mode a file transfer would never get started, like you say yours did.

    Instead your problem appears to be the freezing that was typical of the previous version of ExecFTPs, v0.68. You need to upgrade to the recently released v0.69. With that version I have never seen such freezing yet, and I have transferred hundreds of megabytes in single drag-drop operations. Some others have reported problems for it too, but I think those are unrelated. (Due to other causes.)
