I don't have too much experience with networking beyond basic stuff with ExecFTPS and FlashFXP. If you could say which ps2 server and pc client you are using, and any other helpful information, we might be able to figure out what's wrong

I have the same problem. what i do it first,
    unmount,
    then, mount the pfs/0/ hdd:whatever,
Then, when i open pfs (in flashfxp) there is nothing (not even a 0)
I try to transfer a 1byte dummy file to pfs/
it fails, but i can now see pfs/0/ and everything is fine.
    try it out.

also, in FlashFXP I set up 2 custom commands (right-click on the right window, commands->edit commands) for mounting and unmounting the partitions. For Mount Partition, "SITE MNT /pfs/0/ hdd:%f" and Unmount is "SITE UMNT /pfs/0/" (without quotes, of course). This way, you can right click on a partition in hdd:, select Mount Partition from the Commands menu, and there ya go. Though, if you're having issues doing the same thing however you're doing it (typing in the raw commands each time), this probably wont' change anything, but it makes it a bit easier... And again, which server are you using on the ps2?
