Prince of Persia 2 Finale not working

Installed with HDLDump. (HDLD_SRV.ELF is the PS2 side)

I have the Pal version.... but i will try HDLDump, thx

Installed with hdls_svr.elf&HDLDumb v0.73 via crossovercable. PAL Multi3 PoP2, PAL v4 PS2, HDAdvance2.0
First time of playing it only booted when mode2 enabled. Played for about an hour and saved 3-4 times. No problems. Turned off the PS2 and went to bed. Next day, the game freezes at the Savegame-Loading screen. Tried all other modes and finally erased my savegame from the MC. But nothing helped. The game freezes now even when mode2 is enabled and no savagame is on the MC. Strange!

The iso (uploaded by CDZ) was Installed with HDLD_SRV + LordBogami Frontend 1.1 NTSC, HDLoader 2.0 and this game (POP 2) freezes like hell!!!

HE HE i got it to work.
you will need 2 controllers pluged in & no memory card in the unit when booting. Once the RED MEMORY CARD SCREEN comes on wait 5 to 10 sec before pressing X then the game will boot. I have got it to work a few times now.

If its your frist time playing the game, just boot once with the memory card so you can save the file on it then if it dont boot do what i posted above.


dnt under stand if i have 1 controller pluged in and a memory card in the unit it comes up with a NOT A DUAL SHOCK CONTROLLER. and frezzes at the red part. But if i place two dual shocks in and a memory card it bitchs again and frezzes.but then after i try 2 controllers and no memory card it boots just FINE. thats some werid sh*T

This is the file I got. It's NTSC version and I transfered with WinHIIP 1.6.3 with no modes enabled. It works everytime. I don't get whats wrong with your versions. I guess its all up in the air or something.

And memory card or controller in/out doesn't matter for me. It always loads fine.

the way I see it when its "up in the air" its usually it ether needs a paticular time stamp patch or wont work with a paticular one

Tried my Original PAL HDLoader DVD now. No progress with the problem. The game just won´t work *sigh*
If it is a problem with the time stamp fix, then why did i managed to get it to work once and and never again with one and the same HDAdvance.elf? Maybe I should delete the game and install it again. Or some1 finds a fix

I have try mode 8 (all the 3 modes on) and seems to work fine, also with the mc inserted!
