Is there somewhere i can request a patch to be made for a game?

DVDrick does a great job and i dont know if he comes here or not.

I just got Another Century's Episode and it doesnt seem to work of the hard drive normally. Could someone make a patch? or put up a guide on how to remove the checks from the iso?
