Patch hdd, to be used as an official sony hdd???

If you mean showing in the browser, at the moment, only with a dms modchip, sorry.

If you want games to install themselves to the hdd, you need to patch atad.irx with some ppf patch, but I dont remember which one.

there's been some progress, basically we need a way to unpack the .pak files on the Sony HDTools disc to hexedit the atad.irx file.

ya but then there's ANOTHER protection after that.. and nobody can find out..

i have a patched ver of the hdd ultil tool and i booted it up wit swap magic xD

i installed the hdd software and optimite my hdd (defrag?) but it done'st show up in the browser >_< and not wen i turn on my ps2 it will go directly to the broswer even though i have a game in my disk tray..heh.. (anyways to delete it? witout format'n? i have alot of hdloader games installed :-p)

well anyways... it doen'st show up.. and will always freeze if i installed the dvd driver upgrade >_<

so there's some kind of protection.. and only the dsm3 can auto patch it >_< heh.. if only i had a dsm3.. heh

i have a dms3 ps2. can i patcht the drive, then take it out and use in normal pc.

cause im going to sell my dms3 ps2 to somebody
