Absolutely, if your TV supports the RGB signal that is.

or just a normal ps2 scart lead do it
I have a PAL game running on an NTSC console.
Would a video capture card that recognizes PAL signal convert it as well?
your video capture card will most likely have the option to set the display to pal or ntsc (that's what mine has got)
The video capture card works great to convert PAL to NTSC!
I have a few burnies lying around, so I am going to patch and reinstall so I don't have this problem again, though.
capture cards? ? ? ? , u got a web addy for these
They should be sitting next to the graphics cards at your local Best Buy. If you have an AGP slot handy, you can get a graphics/capture card in one from ATI. To quote Martha Stuart: "Good things."
would http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/st...roductId=93575 do the job
nope, that is just if you want to connect your dvdplayer and your ps2 into the same scart-port on your tv. it has nothing to do with a pc-monitor. you might wanna do a search for vga-box (or a videocard/tv-tuner-card with an svideo-input)
