PAL problems

I'm running GTA: Prologue on my v3 NTSC ps2, now the only problem is its in black and white 50hz. Is there any way to force it to 60hz color?

EDIT: I tried editing the system.cnf file so it would run in ntsc. But when I go to rebuild the iso it complains about an error in gt4.vol and reads the size as about -8gb. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Have you tried the PAL2NTSC patch by jayteemaster? It works almost always for me. Just do a google search for PAL2NTSC
