PAL to NTSC patching for HDLoader

I have a game or too that I'm wanting to try... they are PAL... my tv does ok with PAL but would like to be able to play game anywhere.... I use Import Player for my PS1 games... and know that patches are availble for PS2 games...

is it a simple hack... I plan on testing the game to see if it autodetects the PS2 settings... so I might not need it for this game....

And before anyone says SEARCH I did... it seems that every post from here to Nantucket have either NTSC or PAL... mostly all of the comatability listings...

its a simple hack that tries to center the image

but alot of the sides get cut off in the process
