O.K. guys I searched through the archives for this and found simular questions but the answers weren't in depth enough. My question is Can I put the images of HD Loader or HD advance (or simular program) onto my hard drive via PC and then put that hard drive into my PS2 and use that to play my backed up games. Im pretty sure I can load the backed-up games image onto a hard drive that way but im not sure if it can do with the Applications. If I can do this please explain.

No.
The HDLoader/Advance must be run from the original CD or the memory card via exploit.
If you want to do something like that, your ps2 must be fitted with a chip that will allow programs to be run firectly from the Hard Drive. ex. DMS3

You can burn it to a cdr. Getting it to work on a non modded ps2 will take some work. there are various swap methods available to you.
If you are going to do the swap route, i would recommend placing it on your memory card so that will be the one and only swap you perform.

i would go with the mc exploit if you have a non modded ps2. the toughest part is getting the exploit onto a memory card. you will need to be able to boot a cd-r or if you have sharkport or xport you can transfer the exploit to the card via the pc.
