newbie with hloader

Watzup guys I'm new to the PS2 scene I come from the xbox scene now I want to know about PS2 wich seems harder I just a ps2 with gameshark, and I got a hdloader .bin file and I burned it, my question is how can I make hdloader run, I heard I need to do a memory exploit thing but I dont get it

I got the following files HDLOADER.ELF, HDLOADER.bin how can I upload it to a PS2?
