Newbie here: Thinking about getting hd for my ps2

could anyone please give me a push in the right direction? I currently have a messiah 2 mod chip, version 5 ps2, and want to use the hd for my ps2 needs...
Could u tell me what kind of hd to buy? wat programs i would need...and where i can learn how to use the programs..
all i really really know is sumone told me to get hd loader, I don't know what it is, how to use it...so please if you could help me out..

well...lets see you need a network adapter a HDD (any will do except western digital since the ide and power are positioned differently). then...you search!! dont ask for hdloader on this site youll get banned just search around. most the stuff you ask has already been answered so plz read the rules before you ask a question.

You can download HDLoader, but you have to search for it yourself since we can't post it here. If you want to know which HDD will work look here:
