Hello, first off, i would like to say i have been browsing this forum for a while, and i like it alot better than others, because there is no flaming on here. But anywho, i have a few questions about my ps2.
A friend of mine recently did something with a harddrive in his xbox so that he could save games that he rented onto his x-box. I thought this was a great idea, so i did some research on it. The first thing i found was hdloader. It sounded like a great idea, so i bought a hard drive, and was about to purchase the hdloader, when i remembered there is no way to get a cord from my room, to the computer which is required for hdloader. I do not have a dvd burner either, so a modchip would not work. I was wondering if there was another way to save games to my ps2, which does not require wires to my computer, or a dvd burner.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance, Brett.

I am new to this also but from what I have read there is a program under one of the stickies I think that lets you load the games onto your HD while the HD is hooked to your computer. You can also just hook the HD to your ps2 and load the games that way. I think that is how it works atleast.

all you need is a ps2, the hd loader disc, a hard drive, and a _network adapter_

The hard drive goes into the back of your ps2 where the expansion bay is. then, you fix the network adapter into the back of the hard drive and the ps2's expansion bay. then you are all connected ready to go.

load the HDLoader disc, format the hard drive, and then swap the disc with your game to copy it onto your hard drive.

    easy.

I dont know if you have a HD yet network.. But theres are some places on the net that sells the HDloader,HD,and the network all bundled together.. Just to bad I dont remember the web sites, other wise I would give you them...
Plus they also have just the Networkadd. and HDloader combos also..
Just browez the net and Im sure youll find one for some what cheap..
