Need help installing hdloader onto MC on v9 w/matrix infinity

Hello,

I got a v9 with matrix infinity installed. I got the cd-rom version of the hdloader to boot if i swap the cd with a original at the splash screen. I was able to install the hdloader from the infinity mc manager, however, it wont ever boot. If i run the hdloader, it'll just go blank then goto the browser. Has anyone been able to install hdloader and boot directly from the mc with similar setup? Please help.

I'm also curious how to do this. I've been reading through the forums, but I'm getting more confused.

i found this tutorial just as easy as the site posted above. the filepack they post already has ps2menu and hdloader included. i recommend adding in DMS HDD Format utility. it comes in handy when you mess up loading games or just want to do some cleanup.

I followed the examples to the exact, when I finally put the burned disc into my ps2, it'll run the exploit with that message. Anyone know what's wrong? Please help.

I also burned a disc with title.db renamed to tile.db, but still no go...

frustating...

please help
