Multi Disk

Now a days there a lot of games that need to change disk. For example Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams, there are 2 disk. How will connect the disk from 1 to 2 using HDL? are there patches or procedures?

save at the last save point in the game, (hopefully where it asks you to change discs) then reset the system, load up hdl, and load up the disc 2 image.
