Matrix Infinity Development Questions

I have been working on this since 4 in the afternoon with slow progess.
What I have:
1.)Version 10 PS2
2.)Matrix Infinity Modchip
3.)Broadband Adaptor
4.) Maxtor 200GB Winhiip formatted HDD (Already installed with the jumper pin on the master setting)
5.) STRESSS!!!.

I have obtained Hdloader.elf file with development 2 software.
I made a data disk with all the development files and included the hdloader.elf file, but before I copied it I renamed the elf file to boot.elf and then I burned it.
I started the PS2 up and chose to install hdloader and it gives me this error, "install error , could not install boot.elf to HDD?".
If someone can help me out please it would be most appreciated

I updated the Matrix Infinity modchip with the latest firmware and still I get the same error message :
"install error , could not install boot.elf to HDD?".

Wow, you started so many threads, here's what I posted in another one is case you miss it:

Download Independence Compiler 3.0. Search via google for it. Follow the instructions in the program (you'll need one PS1 original), and add the HDLoader elf and HDLD_SVR elf file (the one you aquired with the HDL_dump compilation) under exploit options and make the CD. Make sure you have 700+ kb free on your memory card, and load the CD and let the system work. Reboot and setup the LaunchELF so it lauches HDL directly after a second and HDLD_SVR at the press of a button. With HDLoader you can download the games directly to the HDD via the DVD-ROM. And using HDLD_SVR in conjunction with HDL-dumb you can easily transfer the ISO or NERO images via a crossover cable (make sure you change the TCP/IP settings of the RJ45 port (network connections) you're pluging the cable in to match the network setting of the PS2. The default is IP: 192.168.0.1 SNM: 255.255.255.0 DG: BLANK

Alternatively, you can use CDGENPS2 to make CDs of HDloader and HDLD_SVR, which will boot directly since you have a chip.

You can also make a partition on the drive and load the ELFs on that. Then you can simply have the LaunchELF on the memory card and everything else on the HDD. Check the KillerSpaz tutorial for help.

I have a Version 10 PS2 modded Ps2 with a Matrix Infinity Modchip.
I have just installed a Maxtor 200GB HDD in it.
Currently to load the games I use and exploit CD created with Independance Compiler 3.0.
I configured it to use Launchelf So that means I have to press circle then go from menu to menu which is a little bit long.
I wanted to know How Can I load hdloader to the memory card directly ???
I have downloaded and installed Infinity Manager and hdloader to the memory card already but when I restart the PS2 and hold down Triangle it asks me to load Hdloader and then when I do the hdloader screen comes on and stays there (Freezes)??
I there any other methods to this???
How Can I also put emulators on the HDD along with roms???

put launchelf and hdloader in the system folder of your memory card and rename launchelf to boot.elf. Goto settings in infinity and change to boot dev1. once it boots launchelf goto settings in launchelf and set it to load hdl (boot) as default and set the time to like 2 sec. now when you start the ps2 it loads launchelf automaticly then launchelf loads hdloader(boot.elf) automaticly. mine load from start to hdl on a 400gb hdd in 15sec. having launchelf load first is nice, cause it can transfer files between hdd, usb, and memory card when you need it.
