Making Keylauncher boot whenever i turn my PS2 on?

Is there anyway to have keylauncher start up as soon as i turn my ps2 on, instead of having to put in a psx disk to run it from my memory card? can i possibly boot it from my HD automatically?

with a |)ms chip you can or a matrix cause you can use dev mode 1 i think. other than that no, you have to have a ps1 game in there.
