Madden 2005 is dual layer?
I've never tried to put a DVD9 game on my hard drive before, but today I attempted to put Madden 2005 on there.
I used DVD Decrypter to make an ISO (madden2005.iso). The ISO was 6.47gb. I opened up the ISO in Apache2 in order to combine the two folders as per instructions I've seen elsewhere in these forums, but Apache told me that the ISO contained only one layer.
Confused, I used Winhiip to inject that ISO onto my PS2 HD (connected via a USB enclosure) and then I fired it up. I haven't played the game yet, but it loaded up just fine. Although it had the usual Madden 2005 problems seen when playing from the HDD (e.g., can't play demos), everything else worked fine.
So, my question is, is the game really two layers? How come I didn't have to do all that other crazy stuff with CDVDgen and/or IML2ISO? What am I missing here?
