Lost HDD Space

After a fresh xp install, I tried to add some backups to my PS2 HDD but when I started my pc up it recognized my PS2 HDD, now only 57 GBs of my 200GB HDD are recognized... I tried it in my PS2 and it told me I needed to format it...what can I do to bring it back if possible?

If i'm not wrong there's a way to recover damaged fat with hdloader...
isn't it something like pressing all the shoulder buttons (l1,r1,l2,r2) while booting? anyway... if it is still saying to format... well... i dunno then

I tried it twice then to do it twice then nothing then put it back into my pc then rtied Hd Handiness and bam it came back up..so thank you for tyhe heads up it works now. If I can ever return the favour I will.

the l1 r1 l2 r2 trick rebuilds hdloader's partition information file.
