LaunchElf and Hdcombo problems

Here is a version 3.51 version of our hack. I just modded like axl said in his post....I dunno if this is better or worse than the official unofficial one by dlanor. If there is any doubt use dlanor's version.

I patched myps2_1.2 the same way and got it working with V12 and HD-Combo!
