Just got HDLoader, Quick and easy Question

Hey, I just ordered my HDLoader and discovered this site, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a tutorial or guide on how to transfer the updates for HDLoader to my mem card and explain what the "MC Exploit" is and what it does. Here's some of the stuff I have:

- Gameshark V2 and Codes w/ Media Player
- Two Ps2 Memcards
- HDD/Network Adapter (of course)
- HDLoader
- Non-modded Ps2

If anyone could even point me in the general direction (I've tried searching, couldn't find anything) I'd appreciate it so much. Thanks alot.
