ISO image doesn't work with HDLoader, any help?

All my other images work, tried to transfer with FAPlink and winHIIP, both tranfer fine but the 1.8gb image shows as 1gb in HDLoader and it goes to the browser when i try to boot it (tried all 3 modes within hdloader)

any ideas?

Maybe that image isn't compatible with HDloader
