Here is a mild tutorial on how to get HD loader on your PS2 Memory card if you only have a No Solder Mod installed and only an Action Replay!!!
Please forgive me as I have no pictures to post at this time ( In the works ). I will try to go into detail as possible

What youll need:
A playstation 2
1 Official Memory Card ( youll need this for Spuzz's Hack )
A No solder mod installed on the ps2
1 Action Replay CD for the PS2 ( Doesnt spin the DVD engine when you hit "fool" eject )
Spuzz's PS2 Memcard mod Filepack + Tutorial ( Very Important )
A burned copy of CogSwapLoader ( you know where to get this )

To get started you must follow Spuzz's tutorial on how to copy the "files" on the memory card at http://tinyurl.com/yrkn8. Make sure to include a dummy file ( 50MB to 200MB ) to insure that the hack will load up

Now you have that side done....

Insert the Action Replay Memory card into Mem Card Slot #2 and pop in you legitimate copy of Action Replay ( skip the boring movie by pressing X ). Choose start game then select No Codes. Now Press and hold Eject for at least 3 seconds to have the drive "fool" eject ( orange light ).Once the tray opens, remove the AR disk and replace it with your burned copy of CogSwapLoader and hit X.

The screen will go blank.....

Now youll see the CogSwapLoader Screen. PRESS AND HOLD THE EJECT BUTTON TO "FOOL EJECT" the tray and pop in your copy of Spuzz's memcard exploit hack and hit X.....

Et voila and the Exploit hack starts loading the Hack onto your memory card.

Once completed press eject normally and insert the PS1 game you chose for Spuzz's exploit and reset the machine

Upon rebooting youll be treated to this...
