I Have Got AVI's Booting From HDLOADER!!!

Anyway Myslef and spuzz (jeex) were looking at AR Max Evo, and we say it has a "INTRTO.AVI" which turns out to be an open divx4 file , and it plays when mediaplayer boots. We Ripped the media player and built an elf , and fapped it accross to hdloader. I Wont say where to get the fiels from but they are all in ar max evo. just replace the "INTRO.AVI" with any other AVI and call it "INTRO.AVI" it supports most codecs , i have uploaded a picture of CDGENPS2 With the files and folders you need , And i say again dont ask for any of these files, you can play if you own the original.

About The AvI's The sound goes out of sync, like some game audio does from hdloader, and i have had some avi's freeze up

to clarify a bit, i didnt use faplink. i used winhiip to transfer my images. mcscruff has a boner for faplink. its a good program for small images

i would suggest using max media creator to convert your files first, you dont picture anomolies.. the sound does lose sync quite often.. overall, it a crappy media player that needs alot of work. hopefully someone can figure out a way to direct ps2reality media player to a partition on the hdd.. then you could execftp your mp3's & avi's to that partition.

then again, maybe the people at datel will fix their media player not to be such a piece of crap.

but for now, this is the only way to play avi of the hdd.

it doens't work for me i have used faplink and hdl_dump and when i try to run the ar media hdloader only shows a black screen

Yeah there was a thread about this already not too long ago. The problem with this is that you have to watch the AVI all the way through, with no pausing,forwarding or rewinding.

thetieger, no limit on size or length.. i was able to watch a 90 minute avi with it. it lost sync, but it worked.

sounds awesome, but I think I'll stick it out with movies over the network with ps2reality meadia player.
