I have a couple questions about things I can do with some of the stuff here...

Is it possible to get some kind of media player and rip DVD movies onto my hard drive?

Is the easiest way to get HDLoader to recognize my hard drive as 160 instead of 127 by using Dv8's Exploit on the Exploit forum?

And how can I get different skins? What programs do I need?

any info would be great.

I could only answer two of your questions.

1) Currently there aren't any programs that are capable of ripping movies and play movies from the hhd

3) Go to http://www.ps2newz.net/forums/showthread.php?t=28173 for the skins and use hdl-aio http://www.ps2newz.net/forums/showthread.php?t=27645 to inject your skins.

i used hdl edit and it worked nicely i hae never used aio before
