i cant find Exec FTP anywhere. where is it?

i have tried searching google and this site, and i cant find EXECFTP anywhere. can someone post and attach it or something? or give a link? thanx

You can definitely find it on this site, but the correct name is "ExecFTPs"

the install file thats in that link doesnt open. i see it's a "speed dial" file or something. ive never heard that b4. how do i install the program onto my computer? thanx
