How to transfer to HDD

I have a ps2 working with HDD & Games r loaded to them. but i want to transfer a *.ELF File to HDD through PC or Memory Card.
IS it possible ?

use an elf launcher and it shouldn't be a problem

is there a copy & paste option on ELF launcher. where i can copy from MC & paste it in HDD

No that Option is not working.............there is no copy and paste option also. I just want to transfer a bootable ELF file from my MC to HDD.Help plzzzz. thanx in advance

Read section "2c.i. The Operations Menu" in the uLaunchELF Documentation. I know this documentation is out of date, but that section should help you out...
