    The way I did it was to create a proper PS2 iso with the server elf in it.

    You'll need to make your own system.cnf file, with the elf filename in it (don't forget to rename the elf and the entry in the cnf file as UPPERCASE).

    Then, with those two files, using your favourite cd burning program (I used Nero), create a new CD with Mode2/XA and ISO level 2, add those two files, then burn to the Image Recorder (not your cd burner).

    Next, plug your PS2 HDD into your pc and install that image (hddserver.nrg) onto your hdd with winhiip or hdl_dump.

    With that done, you can run the server program from HDL whenever you want.
