how to backup my hard drive

I have a HD on my ps2 using hd advance 2.0, I want to make a backup of this HD using another drive, can I do this by hooking both drives up to windows(master and slave settings) and just copy by transferring files from one drive to the other? thanks

Yes if you hook both up as slaves, but i don't know if there is a program to do this (Winwiip might). If you have windows XP you might be able to use the "cmd" funtion and tell it to copy the HDD to the other.

Do you know if there is a way to extract the ps2 games installed on the ps2 hard drive back onto the PC as ISO files?

PS2 HD Handiness I always use and it work perfect for me, I even use it to install the games to the HD from DVD-Rom.

Do a search for it.
