No. There is no such software available.
it is because my PC's HD is of 120gb, and I don't have money to buy a good HD to my PS2, so I am using an old here, of only 6gb... only 2 games
That's sad, but the best advice I can give you is to save up and buy a good second-hand drive which can usually be had quite cheap. You should preferably buy it from someone trustworthy, so you know that the drive is OK.
and I was wondering here... if it is possible to play by HDD or by USB, why not by network?
For two reasons. One is that no software has been written to do it, and the second is that any such software would have lots of compatibility problems, because many games access the network port if available.
is there any project about this?
Not that I know of.
well, this would be Great for me...
It would be great for lots of people, if available and fully working, but there are real technical reasons why it would be very hard to do, so no one is likely to develop such a 'loader'.
I could play a lot of games without using the CD/DVD reader, and this is what I want most, because my PS2 is already a bit weak...
it is a V7 (I think)
Mine is a v7 too, but still going strong.
I had a v9 whose laser died earlier, but fortunately the final death throes came while it was being serviced in a local PS2 shop, which then offered me my current v7 in exchange.

WD is another HD brand? I think I've never seen here...
well, Seagate or Maxtor then! I will search here
there are some rumours...
the modchip makes PS2 hotter, right?
the HD is, normally, hot, right?
well, there are some rumours that using too much HD with a modded PS2, it can burn the motherboard, or at least damage the PS2... is that true?
or the HD is not hot enough to damage the PS2?
I am asking this because the guy that modded my PS2 with Matrix Infinity said that using HD can do this... o_o

the hdd isnt on the mother board, its in a bay, anyhard drive will get hot, i doubt it will burn the motherboard. my hdd doesnt get that hot, its warm to the touch but not burnin your hand. i leave it run over night and ocassionally bring it to gamenights at schools. The WD isnt that hard to make fit, its rather easy. I did it myself, and it fits good. all you need access to is a drill press and a T6 torx.
