I have the exploit and PS2KeyLauncher working fine with ExecFTPs in it, but I want to know how to transfer games over to the hdd using the network cable.

After starting creating a 128MB partition with DMS HDD Format Tool 1.1 named: APPZ. Start ExecFTPS.
Connect via FlashFXP and press F7. Press New Cmd and give it a name (mount PSHDD)
Under Command you put the following line: SITE MNT /pfs/0/ hdd:+APPz
After the transfer do not forget to unmount the partition with the following command:
    SITE UMNT /pfs/0
