HELP!! :( HDloader not loading now :(

Right i've been messing with execftp which i burned to cd to get flash working. Now i moved the boot.elf off the mem card and uploaded a different one, but it locked so i put the old one back on and now when it's loading up i get to cdvd.irx and it stops on the black screen with the writing

What have i done and how can i fix. Promise i won't mess again

is this the 48-bit patched ELF? Did you recently load a game?

Try updgrading your PS2Menu-K to the 48-bit patched version
