using this ...

hdlpatch_0.2c /n /c /s /b /L

did not disable the copy_right msg...am i wrong or is this what /c is supposed to do?

i still see the msg highlighted in blue behind the menu.

note: the other switch's seem to work.

You mean that "no copy right for those who do not respect copyrights"-message? That's in the mainscreen graphics. The patch affects the copyright notification that is seen when the HDD+HDLoader is used in a new PS2, and also when the no disc seek patch was used.
