Hdloader problems

Hdloader goes black when i try to boot from the hdd and all games seems to be 3gigs in size. What to do? Please help a noob

probably need different compatibility modes or the game is not supported. highlight the game and hit select to try different modes. there's compat. lists around on the net that tells you if it works and what modes to use. try ps2hd.com
