hdloader language fix

it's normal the problem is the method of loading that skip the bios and then the games can't read the language data

I make this:
first i change the ps2 menu config into spanish, then load from mc and hdl starts in english and the game in french.
second i load hdl from cdrom and starts in spanish and the game also start in spanish.
So u are right, loading from mc skips bios.
To do this shoul i change at offset 29360 [42 5e 04 0c] into [01 00 02 24] or [03 00 02 24]
To boot from mc i use the infinity manager

if you do this you get an hdloader on your language but the games are in another language (in this case french) but why don't you upgrade your chip the new version has a fix for this thing

New DMS3 firmware was just released that fixes the language problem when fastbooting. Dunno if it also helps when booting from Dev.1...

yes it works even from dev1... maybe also the latest infinity firmware do the same..

This is think is awesome this means total customization of the hdloader this is so unbelievable geez. Whats next we'll have the ps2 start up just by thinking about it and itll load the game u want without having to even pickup the controller omfh. Its crazy lol. Good work every1
