HDloader and games that dosen't start

I transfered some of my backups over via WinHIIP.
Inserted HDD into PS2 (with ***3+) and launched HDLoader.

Now I can see the games.
I know that I can push "select" to change mode...

I try to start NFS2 Underground - but it doesn't start.
I have tried with different "modes", using select button.

Is there more I need to do to get it to work ?
Do I have to patch the ISO I created on my PC ?
Is there a settings on ***3+ that helps ? (when pushing L1 at bootup)
